Built in 1882, the forge-menuiserie Cauchon is a witness of the activities at the beginning of the 20th century in the region. Blacksmiths were really important to the colony back in those years. During more than 100 years, the Cauchons ran the forge from generation to generation. The forge was classified historic monument in 1983, and inside, visitors can observe more than 200 objects used in the forge over the years.
