On the site of the Moulins de l'Isle-aux-Coudres are two mills: a windmill and a watermill, as well as the miller's house. On the site, visitors can see the miller grind wheat and buckwheat grain into flour using an ancient and traditional technique. You can also buy freshly-ground flour or sample bread products, baked in a traditional baker's oven. During your visit, go on a guided tour and stop at “Moulins à science” (available on reservation for groups of 8 people minimum) to participate in educative workshops or visit the exhibitions.
