This national park offers breathtaking landscapes to its visitors. Already, along the road to the park, mountains slowly rise to finally open on the gorge of the Malbaie River and offer visitors awe-inspiring scenery, enclosed by high peaks. Being one of the central areas of the Charlevoix world biosphere reserve, this park offers you the highest peaks in Eastern Canada.
To see those mountains in all their magnificence, go on a cruise aboard the riverboat Le Menaud or climb up the Acropole des Draveurs, which is the highest peak of the region. From its summit, you will have an unrestricted view opening on the region. Several other paths are also available for people who prefer shorter walks. In this park, you can also do some canoeing, biking, kayaking. Campground sites as well as equipment renting are other services offered in the park.
The park is located 170 km from Québec City. You can access the park by Saint-Aimé-des-Lacs.
Centre de découverte et de services Félix-antoine-Savard: It takes about 30 minutes to reach the site.
